True Beauty

This is a house on the beach in East Haven, and I am in love with it. It was damaged in the hurricane. It's been through a lot. It's still standing. It's almost stately. This house inspires me. I like anything (or anyone) who has been through something and is still standing, spitting in the face of destruction. Good for you, house. I think you look better than ever.
